  21.     Hmm. I pay $96 a year (= $8 a month) for unlimited access; as 
  22. long as I can keep my butt in the chair and my eyes open (6 year rates 
  23. are even better). Oh, and no startup fee. For this money I get: 
  24.     Every shell known to Unix, plus a custom one. 
  25.     E-mail (w/pine, elm, etc.)
  26.     Full newsfeed (w/tin, trn, tass, nn, rn, etc.) 
  27.     IRC on our own server
  28.     Web pages and local server
  29.     10MB of disk (50MB hard quota w/1week grace)
  30.     9.1 GB mail spool (essentially unlimited) w/POP and IMAP servers
  31.     Personal FTP space
  32.     Lots of local /public files access
  33.     Compiler and full lib access
  34.     at and cron jobs
  35.     Pseudo-SLIP (TIA)
  36.     The Usual Net services (finger, archie, gopher, etc.)
  37.     Probably a bunch of other stuff I'm forgetting
  38.  
  39.     Did I mention telnet account rates are cheaper than dialup?
